Rates + Insurance

I offer private-pay therapy as well as insurance-based therapy billed through Alma.
Insurance clients: I am in-network with select plans with Aetna and Cigna. These will be billed and managed through Alma. If you plan to use insurance, sessions will be scheduled and billed via Alma’s platform.

If you choose private pay, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan, and I’m not able to guarantee coverage.

Initial intake session

$200.00 75 minuets

Couple or family sessions

$180.00 per session 60 minuets

Individual sessions

$150.00 per session 60 minuets
